Job Description

What you get to do:
  • Perform administrative duties to support Sales Managers.
  • Follow up on group inquiries from phone messages and emails.
  • Process Group bookings including ticket ordering.
  • Email group confirmations and communications to customers.
  • Help coordinate on site catering and special events.
  • Interface with clients and various park departments.
  • Participate in weekly catering meeting and marketing meetings.
  • Perform various preevent tasks including creating BEO banquet check ticket orders FedEx and postevent tasks including event recaps and final billing
  • Maintain weekly group arrival list and payment methods.
  • Participate in industry events park familiarization tours and key Special Events projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Enthusiastically represent the organization by displaying a positive attitude high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.


What does it takes to succeed:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • At least two years of education/related work experience required.
  • Must have excellent relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to establish and create relationships at all levels with clients and prospect organizations.
  • Detailed oriented and skilled at multitasking in a fastpaced working environment
  • Must have the ability to selfstart and work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Travel industry sales marketing and hospitality experience preferred.
  • Experience in Sales Force a plus.
  • Able to work any weekday between Monday Friday to include some weekend and some late evenings as needed.
