About the role:
Working with the Key Account Team and being responsible for projects supporting our clients and team with a variety of scheme needs including; employer performance improvement risk management funding client collaboration creating innovation and process improvements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and supporting client services to ensure retention
- Oversea client engagement from training forums seminars and education
- Early intervention support
- Cooperate with other departments to achieve business goals
- Prepare and conduct presentations to external stakeholders
- Contribute to and work on tenders for new Business
- Project management skills
- Data analysis of policy performance
- Minimum of 3 years experience and exposure to the Workers Compensation schemes
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy Exercise Physiology Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology)
- Demonstrated experience in account growth acquiring new and managing existing business
