Assistant Valuer Alternatives Valuation & Advisory Queensland

Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Valuer to join our Alternatives Valuations & Advisory team in Brisbane. You will support senior team members in property valuations market analysis and report preparation for clients across various sectors including Healthcare Retirement Living Student Accommodation and more.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with property inspections and data collection (sales leasing construction costs).

  • Conduct market financial and risk analysis to support valuations.

  • Help produce valuation reports and provide insights on property value and risks.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with quality and reporting standards.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical problemsolving and financial skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced).

  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Passion for property and valuations.

Requirements:

  • Has achieved or is currently studying towards an APIapproved property degree.

  • Experience in commercial real estate or client/stakeholder management is a plus.
