Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension or permanent contract

Compensation: Base salary performance incentives
What youll do:
Manage customer inquiries via phone email live chat and social media
Provide accurate product/service info and resolve basic technical issues
Log and track all case details in internal systems
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary
Collaborate with teammates and technical departments to resolve concerns
Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain organized service queues
Contribute feedback to improve processes and team knowledge
What were looking for:
Native/fluent Dutch and fluent English (min. B2)
Strong communication skills across all customer channels
Fast learner with tech troubleshooting ability
Detailoriented and multitasking pro
Team player who thrives in fastpaced environments
Experience in customer service is a strong advantage
