Job Description

Job Brief:
Looking for a young and active woman who is outgoing great at building relationships understands client expectations well. Someone with good spoken and written communication skills. Someone who presents themselves well in professional attire and unafraid of travelling to meet clients at their location.

NVS Travel Solutions is a 50 Crore company with a legacy of delighting clients over 2 decades. Our clients are directors and important decision makers of large corporations and institutions. We currently serve 30 schools and corporations based in Bangalore and are looking to actively expand to other top cities in India. We pride ourselves on providing topnotch safety reliability and comfort to 20000 commuters who rely on us for their commute to work/ school or business needs. We provide 4 services student transportation services employee transportation services Pan India premium Cab rental service and a SaaS for transport management.

Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
  1. Post Sales Client coordination and feedback collection.
  2. Organise transport staff trainings at client premises.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely availability of reports that throw light on our service quality & performance.
KPIs
  1. CSAT


Job Role:
  1. Post sales client coordination.
  2. Email/ Phone coordination with clients as required.
  3. Periodically visit clients in person and collect feedback on service.
  4. Meet the ground team and identify gaps and address them.
  5. Organise transport staff trainings at client premises.
  6. Collaborate with other managers to prepare a training calendar.
  7. Obtain required permissions in advance and organise training.
  8. Collect training feedback and photographs.
  9. Check reports
  10. Coordinate & manage back office executives to collect reports.
  11. Verify and analyse them.
  12. Present data.
PreRequisites:
  • Experience with in person client interactions.
  • Experience with Excel
  • Good email communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate & organise events.
