Responsibilities: - Process and distribute incoming correspondence with attention to priority and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate financial records by updating payment ledgers and tracking client transactions
- Provide exceptional client service through professional phone handling and inquiry management
- Conduct proactive client outreach to deliver case progress updates
- Utilize modern legal practice management software for daily operations
- Manage documentation through cloudbased systems including Dropbox and Google Workspace
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient information flow
- Support various administrative functions to maintain smooth office operations
Requirements
- 3 years of administrative experience legal industry experience highly valued
