This is a remote position.
We re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our campaign execution content scheduling and reporting workflows. You ll assist in organizing content calendars preparing assets for launch and helping execute email and social campaigns using modern tools like Notion HubSpot and AI content assistants.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn the operational side of digital marketing and grow into a systems and analyticssavvy contributor.

Coordinate content asset distribution across blog social and newsletter channels

Maintain content and campaign documentation libraries
Track performance metrics like open rate clickthrough rate and social engagement
Collaborate with designers copywriters and senior marketers on launch readiness

Get trained on our content calendar campaign tools and brand voice
Assist in preparing and scheduling 5 content assets (email blog social)
Begin maintaining the campaign asset tracker
By Day 60
Independently manage scheduling of weekly email and social content
QA marketing automations or list segments prior to campaign launch
Help report on engagement metrics and tag insights in our content system
By Day 90
Fully own recurring campaign coordination and calendar updates
Propose improvements to content distribution based on past data
Support content repurposing and update tracking within the content library
100% of scheduled campaigns launched on time
<2% content errors or scheduling issues per month
95% completion rate for asset prep and QA tasks
Timely updates to campaign performance metrics (within 24 hrs postlaunch)
1 2 years experience in marketing coordination content production or digital campaigns
Familiarity with at least one email or marketing automation platform (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot ActiveCampaign)
Comfortable using Notion Google Docs/Sheets or Trello/Asana
Bonus: Exposure to ChatGPT Jasper or AI copywriting assistants
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive collaborative and proactive you keep things moving and people aligned
