Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a versatile FullStack .NET Developer with solid experience across legacy Windows Forms (WinForms) modern .NET MAUI and web applications. You ll be responsible for building modernizing and maintaining enterprisegrade software solutions deployed on Windows Server with PostgreSQL backends. You ll also collaborate closely using tools like Jira and GitHub in a structured Agile environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a mix of desktop mobile and web projects ideal for developers who enjoy diverse problemsolving across platforms and frameworks.
Application Development
Maintain and enhance existing WinForms desktop applications.
Design and develop crossplatform mobile/desktop apps using .NET MAUI.
Build and maintain MVC / Razor Pages web applications.
System Integration & Backend
Implement business logic in C# with .NET 6/7/8.
Work with PostgreSQL for database schema design queries and optimization.
Create RESTful APIs and integrate with thirdparty services as needed.
Testing & Deployment
Configure and deploy applications on Windows Server (IIS).
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Maintain and improve CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions or similar.
Agile & Collaboration
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams using Jira to manage sprints and tasks.
Participate in daily standups code reviews and retrospectives.
Document technical solutions and provide guidance to junior developers.
Requirements
MustHave Qualifications
3 years of experience with .NET technologies: WinForms (MVC or WebForms) and MAUI.
Strong knowledge of C# XAML and multiplatform app development principles.
Experience with Windows Server (IIS) deployment and configuration.
Solid understanding of SQL particularly with PostgreSQL (or willingness to learn).
Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control.
Agile development experience using Jira or similar tools.
Excellent problemsolving debugging and communication skills.
NicetoHave Skills
Experience with Blazor or other SPA frameworks.
Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployment on Windows.
Understanding of DevOps pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Background in migrating legacy WinForms apps to MAUI or WPF.
