Key Responsibilities
Caseload Management & Employment Support
Manage a caseload of learners and provide 1:1 support throughout their course and progression into employment
Carry out indepth assessments and create SMART action plans tailored to each participant s needs
Deliver employability coaching job search advice and interview preparation
Identify employer recruitment needs and tailor prescreening and selection processes accordingly
Coproduce inwork support plans with learners and employers
Partnership & Community Engagement
Build relationships with local support services to address wider learner needs (e.g. mental health substance misuse debt)
Deliver services from local hubs and community outreach locations to maximise accessibility
Engage with employers to understand local labour market opportunities and ensure strong referral and progression pathways
Quality & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with safeguarding health and safety and data protection policies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery by sharing feedback and ideas
Maintain accurate timely records and reporting in line with programme requirements
Participate in team activities and wider business improvement initiatives
Person Specification
Experience
Experience supporting unemployed or vulnerable adults into work or education Essential
Strong caseload management and coaching skills
Previous experience working to performance targets in a fastpaced environment Essential
Experience delivering IAG and career planning Essential
Knowledge of employability services or adult education Desirable
Previous experience in recruitment health or community development Desirable
Experience of facilitating workshops or group interventions Desirable
Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and rapportbuilding skills
Creative problemsolving and resilience in the face of barriers
Organised selfmotivated and confident working across multiple locations
Fully IT literate (Microsoft 365 Teams databases)

Qualifications
Level 2 in Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) Essential
English and Maths at GCSE Grade C / Functional Skills Level 2 Essential
Education
