Job Description
Manage construction projects from design through construction and close out;
- Develops project scope project budgets and program statements;
- Coordinates the activities of the design team including architects engineers and consultants throughout the design process;
- Supports planning by participating with master planning process and/or the individual project planning process;
- Coordinates the bid/award activities for construction contracts and manages the construction by hiring directing and coordinating the activities of Construction Managers and General Contractors;
- Communicates and provides reports to the Facility Manager while promulgates progress and resolves issues as they arise.
Qualifications :
Main requirements:
- Degree in engineering;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools mainly excel;
- Experience in similar roles (PMO or project management)
- Know-how on data or advanced analytics and business intelligence will be valued;
- Advanced Knowledge in construction management principles and budgeting principles (3 years);
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and French (preferred).

- Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment;
- Negotiation techniques;
- Willingness to learn and evolve;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team.

Tomorrow you attend a conference led by influential speakers in your industry and the day after you will work from home benefitting from some focus time to complete that report and soft skills course on LinkedIn Learning. Once you are done with your work for the day strike the right note playing with Natixis band or be part of a board games session. If that is too steady for you meet your colleagues to catch some waves or sail the Douro river during golden hour.
