We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to lead our psychosocial risk management initiatives. In this pivotal role you will provide expert guidance and strategic leadership in identifying assessing and mitigating psychosocial risks across the University. You will drive the development and implementation of both local and University-wide improvement programs helping to build organisational capability and resilience in psychosocial risk management.
This role is customer-focused requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality service and expert advice. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to negotiate and influence the design and delivery of effective wellbeing solutions. Your ability to solve complex strategic and operational challenges will be key in promoting a healthier more supportive workplace environment.

This is a continuing opportunity based at our Brisbane South (Nathan) campus. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other campuses.
Salary is HEW 9 Base range - $132655.36 - $137398.62 17% super. Full package range - $155206.78 - $160756.38.
