Job Description
- Taking ownership of assigned positions including the creation of job descriptions and job postings.
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates for assigned and required positions.
- Engaging with potential candidates coordinating interviews and managing the application process from end to end.
- Performing interview screenings evaluating candidates English proficiency assessing cultural alignment and validating positionspecific qualifications.
- Keeping organized records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including detailed documentation of scorecards and candidate interactions.
- Coordinating the next steps in the recruitment process ensuring timely communication and providing necessary closure to candidates based on assessment outcomes.
- Generating Tech profiles and conducting ongoing searches for job references.
- Providing support when needed to the LATAM and US teams with onboarding processes and other peoplerelated administrative tasks.
- Provide support to our Talent Specialists in daytoday tasks.
- Actively participating in job fairs recruitment events and other relevant events.
Qualifications :
- Studies in Human Resources or other relevant fields.
- Proven experience in endtoend recruitment preferably in a technologyfocused environment.
- Promote a culture of transparency by maintaining open communication channels within the company and ensuring clear honest and accessible recruitment processes for potential candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.
- Skillful at conducting interviews and evaluating candidates qualifications effectively.
- Detailoriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
What about languages
Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!
How much experience must I have
Were looking for someone with 2 years of experience in endtoend recruitment preferably in a technologyfocused environment.
