We are seeking a detailoriented and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns developing content strategies and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand awareness and support business objectives. This position requires a strong background in marketing fundamentals excellent communication skills and a resultsdriven mindset.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to support product and brand initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience insights
Analyze marketing campaign data and report performance metrics
Assist in the creation of promotional materials and marketing content
Support planning and execution of events partnerships and promotional activities
Manage marketing schedules deliverables and timelines
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
2 years of experience in a marketing role
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Experience in campaign execution and performance analysis
