Participation in the OTC operation (openstack based cloud technology)
Participation in our maintenance squad
Ticket administration in our ticketing tool (Jira SNOW) and work on issues
Change implementation on our platform
Cooperation within our internation team
Close contact with partners
Working in agile setup
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Good communication skill
Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
Good organisational qualities
Systematic thinking
Advanced english communication in written and spoken
Precis task handling documentation of work
Good soft skills
IT technical knowledge (Linux Openstack Network etc.) is not a must but an advantage
Full time active student (under age of 25 can be also passive)
Commitment of at least 120 hours of work per month
