Job Description
As an experienced test manager for SAP projects you ensure all the process are successfully tested during different test phases incl. Functional test and integration test so that the project can have a smooth golive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the initial phase of projects and other IT activities where tests are needed to initiate the preparation of test related activities
- Coordinates with internal customers the definition of the test plan to ensure that the tests to be performed will cover all business requirements and use cases..
- Create all the necessary structures in test tools (eg.SolMan) and uploads test cases into this tool to enable test report and tracking for that project or activity.
- Organize test status meetings to provide transparency in test progress.
- Track correction of defects to ensure that these are resolved in time with quality
- Train testers and acts as consultant for all topics related with test activities to ensure a good test execution.
- Drive the automated testing topic to ensure a smooth regression tests.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor degree preferably in (business) informatics or training with a comparable background.
Experience and Knowledge: Overall knowledge of test management of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA (mindestens 3 years ) ; and at least have implemented 2 SAP projects with automated testing experience is a plus
Personality: Strong team spirit and willingness to work in a multicultural environment open mindset for changing or fastmoving environments confident manner and strong presentation skills.
Work style: Independent structured and customer and goaloriented way of working also under time pressure. 25% travel time is needed.
Languages: very good communication skills in English
