The Work:
The SAP Functional Lead is responsible for analyzing and designing new S/4HANA Budget to Report Finance business processes monitoring and providing feedback on process performance. This role will collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed S/4HANA Budget to Report Finance product requirements and use cases
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate functional team activities
- Provide guidance and direction to the functional team ensuring alignment with project goals.
Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions ensuring they meet business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement within teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate communication between teams fostering a cohesive working environment.
- Mentor and develop team members promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Heres What You Need:
- SAP project management experience
- Experience in project planning resource allocation and risk management
- Experience leading teams
- Experience interacting with client leadership
Bonus Points if you have:
- S4/HANA Delivery experience
- Experience with any Supply Chain modules such as: Materials Management (MM) Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IMWM) Project Systems (PS) Sales and Distribution/Reimbursables (SD) Production Planning (PP) Plant Maintenance (PM) Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Relevant SAP certifications

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
