The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistic supply chain and operational management with focus on driving process innovation cost driven and supply chain excellence .
Responsibilities include overseeing demand planning materials planning procurement supplier integration sales order management production planning and control inbound and outbound physical logistics warehouse management material supply to production quarantine and scrap yard management shipping and dispatch transportation packaging and container management.
Key responsibilities :
Lead and Optimize end to end operations for Logistics function and supply chain management .
Drive and development and implementation of Sales and Operational planning (S & OP) process for short term and long term horizon Desing and implement end to end supply chain concept and drive operational excellence to ensure high customer obsession.
Manage and mentor diverse and high performing team to achieve business objectives an continuously assess and enhance supply chain process to drive supply chain efficiency reduce lead times and minimize cost .
Collaborate with cross functional stake holders to drive operational alignment and business growth and able to identify and resolve operational bottleneck with data analytics skill.
Strong problem solving skill and track record of driving impactful result in supply chain and a proactive approach to address supply chain challenges .
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skill. Develop and implement resource planning and successor planning strategies to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of responsibilities for critical roles within the organization
Drive talent development and coaching initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members fostering their professional growth and maximizing their potential
Develop a flexible workforce model that adapts to changing business needs considering factors such as market dynamics and technological advancements to ensure longterm sustainability
Strong supplier relationship with development and establish high delivery performance including escalation process and managing the KPI for supplier evolution.
Budgeting planning and controlling logistics costs ensuring that the global business and business units are aligned with the TBP/CF objectives across all value streams Cascade TLC targets to the product class (PDCL) levels and integrate logistics cost management into daytoday operations setting targets tracking performance adjusting and optimizing costs at each level of the logistics process
Define and establish the Logistics quality management system for the source deliver loop and interplant in alignment with CDQ addressing logistics deviations caused by suppliers LSP warehousing and transporters. Formulate a comprehensive training strategy and foster a quality mindset within the logistics and warehouse teams.
