Job Description
- Developing market intelligence including market trends & drivers competitor landscape etc. (focusing on ECU area)
- Strategy development for ECU area related topics e.g. 48V EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) etc.
- Supporting strategy implementation e.g. supporting acquisition activities including preselling driving critical acquisitions in close collaboration with crossfunctional team driving internal processes improvement etc.
- Generating portfolio overview at MECN and providing regional input for ME global product portfolio management in close collaboration with BU PRMs in the region
- Driving product management functional excellence in the region
- Identifying new business areas and innovation management in the region
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above (preferably in engineering) willing to understand technical details
- 510 years relevant working experience with proven track record of product management in ME related business areas; Project management experience preferred
- Strategic thinking; Structured working style
- Future oriented person eager to learn about new things
- Result orientation and strong focus on deliverables
- Excellent communication coordination and execution skills; Customer orientation
- High resilience selfreflected
- Fluent in written and spoken English
