Guest Services Attendant
First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Guest Services Agent with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout the day you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of Turning moments into memories for our guests.
This is a fulltime permanent position starting in the immediate future.
Starting Rate of Pay: $18.10 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $21.35
Job Duties Include:
- Meeting and greeting guests and helping them with their luggage upon arrival and departure
- Safely parking any valet vehicles
- Acting as a liaison between the hotel and our guests responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal prompt and courteous manner
- Knowledgeable about all hotel related information including promotions menus hours of service facilities and guest rooms
Qualifications :
- A valid BC Drivers license with a clean record is required
- Class 5 drivers license is required
- Previous experience in a Guest Service capacity is an asset
