Minimum Qualifications
Positive attitude towards individuals of all ages with an Autism Spectrum Disorder at all levels. Ability to work independently and maintain consistent communication with a team. A broad understanding of barriers placed on the disability community. Demonstrated ability to set goals facilitate manage and assess programs. Must be a team player that is flexible when needed. A sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner with excellent management and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Dependable detail oriented and organized with strong communications skills. Experience working with individuals within the disability community Willing to work evenings and weekends to meet programming needs Demonstrated Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint advanced knowledge and skill level in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
