We specialize in subprime consumer installment loans and residentialand commercial real estate loans and we originate and service our loansinhouse. We focus on longterm customer relationships not quotas.
What YoullDo
- Work with borrowers to originate and close residential and commercial mortgage loans
- Build and maintain referral networks (realtors builders local partners)
- Match clients with appropriate loan products including subprime options
- Ensure full compliance with all lending regulations
- Represent our brand in the community with professionalism and care
What WereLooking For
- Experience as a mortgage loan officer or originator (subprime experience a plus)
- Active Louisiana MLO license required
- Willingness to obtain Mississippi MLO license is a plus
- Knowledge of mortgage products underwriting and closing procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and a goaloriented mindset
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission and quarterly bonuses
