Identify approach and engage potential customers to generate leads for Tally solutions
and services.
Promote and sell Tally Software AWS Cloud WABA Tally Prime Training AMC and
Tally Prime Server to businesses.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Upsell and crosssell additional services to existing clients.
Fieldwork and Client Visits
Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and build a strong client
pipeline.
Understand customer requirements during onsite visits and recommend the best
solutions tailored to their needs.
Represent Prajapati Computers professionally at client locations and networking events.
Installation Training and Support
Oversee the installation of Tally Software and related solutions at customer sites.
Provide handson training to customers to ensure seamless usage of Tally Software.
Deliver aftersales services and resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high
satisfaction levels.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients to foster loyalty and
repeat business.
Actively collect customer feedback to improve products and services.
Ensure timely renewals of Tally licenses AMCs and other services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background
Graduate in any discipline. Preference for candidates with degrees in IT Commerce or
Business Administration.
Experience
13 years of experience in field sales software solutions sales or IT services sales.
Freshers with a strong drive for sales will also be considered.
Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Technical aptitude to understand and explain Tally Software and related products.
Selfmotivated resultoriented and able to work independently.
Familiarity with local market dynamics and fluency in local languages is an advantage.
