Summary:
AGAT Laboratories is seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our Hydrocarbon division in Calgary. This role focuses on delivering technical support and exceptional service to clients while ensuring effective communication between clients and field teams. The ideal candidate is detailoriented patient and thrives in a fastpaced processdriven environment. Strong collaboration and customer service skills are essential to support AGATs commitment to Service Beyond Analysis.
What you will be doing:
- Provide prompt and complete responses to all requests from clients.
- Workclosely with the management team and serveas the primary point of contact for clients regarding hydrocarbonprojects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients which includes face to face meetings email correspondence and phone calls.
- Manage customer expectations with respect to all aspects of the work orders inhouse.
- Assist Sales team to ensure the proper options are presented to clients regarding testing requirements and any other requests.
- Handle data management tasks related to the hyrdocarbon department including daily Level 0 data verification regulatory monthly and annual reporting and clientspecific reporting tasks.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings as required to discuss courier logistics sampling requirements reporting expectations and invoicing.
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of analytical results.
- Make recommendations for process improvements to the management team based on customer requests and feedback.
- Participate in team and individual training to learn jobspecific functions adapting within the role to remain current on all aspects of the department.
- Liaison with hydrocarbon team and other operations regarding client projects and remain current on all aspects of the department.
- Degree or Diploma in scientific fields is strongly client service experience in Oil & Gas or laboratory fields is an asset.
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experiencepreferred.
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook Microsoft Office and Excel Laboratory Information Management Systems LIMSand Reporting Systems).
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; confident telephone communications are essential.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Effective problem solving skills along with a demonstrated attention to detail.
