Job Description
This is a remote position.
Includes 1-hour unpaid break
Scope:
Remote work with provided leads
90-day probationary period with performance review
Dialer and CRM tools provided by the client
Ongoing support from the management team
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance leads
Discuss insurance needs and offer solutions
Handle objections and engage in real sales conversations
Live transfer interested prospects to an insurance agent
Set appointments if live transfers aren t possible
Follow up and nurture leads through the sales process
Keep accurate records of calls and interactions
Requirements:
Experience in outbound sales preferably in insurance
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Able to engage in conversations beyond scripts
Self-motivated and consistent in performance
Comfortable with commission-based pay
Reliable internet and professional phone setup
