Bank Administration Assistant/ Receptionist Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital Bank Hours

The role

We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our Administration team.

This post is for a Bank Administration Assistant where you will be called in to work as and when the business needsthere could be very busy or quieter times. You will work with delivering exceptional standards of administration support across the variety of departments within the Hospital.

This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients Consultants and all hospital need an individual with a professional approach excellent verbal communication skills initiative the ability to work within a team and must be computer literate experience with Word and Outlook being use of an Electronic Patient Record system would be an advantage.

What you will bring with you

  • Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels both written and oral.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases

  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day to day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills

  • Positive willing attitude

  • Selfmotivated and possess strong organisational interpersonal and above all customer service skills.

A Bank contract at Ramsay Health Care UK is a flexible employment agreement where you are not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead you work on an adhoc basis filling in shifts that we have available in our hospitals.
