You will beresponsible for the creation of process orders managing and executing orders for Bulk &Raw ingredient materials for the plant and maintaining floor & system inventory accuracy. Through this you will providean uninterrupted supply of materials for the manufacturing process while preventing waste &following all policies and procedures of the company.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Work effectively with internal (production & supply planning teamsprocurement plant warehouse & logistics teams plant BDbusiness development and othermultifunctional resources) & external stakeholders (suppliers transportation vendors etc.) toensure consistent and reliable supply of materials for production use in accordance to ourstandards procedures and protocols. Proactively and timely report any production orVendor/shipping/carrier issues and enlist supplier transporter planning teams to preempt anybusiness impact and/or accommodate changes production and/or delivery schedules asappropriate.
- Execute MRPsMaterial requirement planning systems Defining & maintainingboundaries and parameters Materials call offs processes; RM/PM raw & packing materials and finishproduct supply chain set up for new products in collaboration with BD; Vendor conformance to scheduleBuild self and other KeyUsers capability on SAP planning systems; Manage inventory for RM & PM and FPas per KPI targets Plant DMS participation and alignment for Operational excellence Support IBPpreparation & dashboard completion Adhering to Manufacturing compliance and governance standards.
- Adopt IL6SIntegrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and standard work processes and own one or morePillar systems/ processes at the site/ area level. Actively participate in SNSupply Network pillar activities andlead systems and projects to driveSupply Chain Loss Analysis and elimination; work on Supply Networkcapabilities to drive value and loss elimination.

- Relevant work experience in material planning demand planning inventory management &handling purchasing and/or Forecasting
- Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word Excel PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP)systems
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) Analytical & Problem solving skills strongcollaboration and relationship management skills.
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and availability of production equipment. The role requires close collaboration with the maintenance and operations teams as well as proficient use of SAP to plan schedule and track maintenance activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans using SAP PM.
- Create and maintain work orders task lists maintenance plans and bill of materials in SAP.
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts tools and external services for planned work.
- Prioritize maintenance activities based on production needs equipment criticality and safety.
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisors technicians and operations to optimize planning and execution.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs (e.g. backlog schedule compliance equipment downtime) and propose improvement actions.
- Update technical documentation asset registers and equipment history in SAP.
- Support reliability initiatives and root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with safety quality and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Technical degree (electromechanical industrial maintenance or equivalent).
- Proven experience (3 years) in a maintenance planning role in an industrial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance module) is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel Word Outlook).
- Fluent in French (spoken and Written) Mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team
