We are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join a wellrespected school just outside of York who are looking for someone to join their team for up to a year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin experience who enjoys working in a professional yet friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the inbox and diary of the People Director
- General HR administration duties including managing employee records coordinating meetings and maintaining uptodate documentation
- Assisting with policy amendments and formatting documentation
What were looking for:
- A confident and experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail
- Someone with a DBS on the Update Service this is essential for the role
- A proactive and organised individual who can handle a varied workload
This will be working 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8:45am 5:20pm and Friday 8:45am 4:25pm earning a salary between 12.33 13.39 per hour depending on experience
