The Senior Systems Administrator will manage the technical administration of HR systems across various functions such as Talent Total Rewards and Payroll. They will lead and support technical projects collaborate with HR IS&T and business partners and serve as the Subject Matter Expert. This role involves troubleshooting system implementation driving conversions and vendor liaison. Additionally they will manage security roles create policies and ensure alignment with business needs providing customer support and a service delivery model.

Proficiency in coding (HTML CSS API Java).
Experience with complex query building and advanced analysis.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience in process design leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
Proven vendor relationship management experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Strong communication skills.
