This position provides support to a variety of functional areas within the Financial Services Department. Reporting to the Manager Financial Planning & Control the Financial Services Support Assistant:
Candidates must have completed a 2year Community College diploma in business administration or another related area and have a minimum of two years performing similar administrative functions. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A high level of attention to detail and efficient time management and priority setting skills are also prerequisites for this position. Candidates must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in excel and use of technology to conduct the responsibilities of the position in the most efficient manner. Experience in using business enterprise systems for finance is required. Completion of a university degree would be considered an asset.
