Boost IT. Doing IT. Better
Handle and resolve technical incidents of medium to high complexity (L2 level)
Provide user support and perform problem diagnosis via various communication channels
Follow up and document issues in internal systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
Work closely with other technical teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently
Degree in Computer Engineering Information Technology or relevant technical certification/course
Fluent English (mandatory)
Solid knowledge of:
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
