Tasks
You will be responsible for designing ad creatives landing pages and visual assets that drive performance. Your daily tasks will include:
- Designing highconverting landing pages in Figma and Replo
- Creating ad creatives optimized for Meta Google and TikTok
- Building visual assets for email marketing paid social and web
- Iterating on visual concepts based on data and performance feedback
- Collaborating with marketers copywriters and video editors to align creative direction
- Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
Requirements
Proven experience in performance marketing or eCommerce design
- Excellent skills in Figma Photoshop Illustrator and optionally Replo
- Strong understanding of conversion psychology and direct response design
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently while following clear performance KPIs
- Bonus: experience with motion design or After Effects
