Profile Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
High level of computer literacy including intermediate Excel skills (essential)
Strong attention to detail
Strong selfmanagement skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure
Flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes
Extensive experience in working with desktop computers Windows computing in the network environment (i.e. CRM shared drives etc...) Excel email remote communications tools (GoToMeeting remote desktop etc.) helpdesk/support websites backend of websites for changes and updates and CRM
Requires a minimum of 3 years of technical BPO experience and preferably an associates degree or better training and education beyond high school or equivalent.
Able to coordinate with other suppliers.
Core responsibilities:
Taking calls and enquiries for our Everything Fleet Car Rental offices located in Australia
Maintaining a high level of customer service and sales
Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems telephony hardware and software.
Document application processes and procedure for the Call Center team s use.
Ensure systems are secure and ready for users. (Tools: Websites TSD MS Office telephony)
Create tickets followup and escalate to Local IT/supplier issues that require specialist assistance.
Ensure data in TSD are updated and accurate.
Oncall even on weekends/RD to resolve coordinate ITrelated issues.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
