What Youll Do: In this role youll be the goto person for administrative tasks that keep both HR and Finance running smoothly. Your experience will shine as you assist with:
- Conducting and coordinating new hire orientations to help our newest team members settle in with ease.
- Managing important records keeping our HR and financial documentation up to date and accurate.
- Providing administrative support including scheduling communication and recordkeeping across both departments.
- Assisting with payroll and benefits inquiries as needed.
- Pitching in on special projects that contribute to our overall success.
What Were Looking For:
- You have a strong background in administrative or finance management ideally from a larger corporation but youre ready for a change to something more personal and impactful.
- Organization and attention to detail are second nature to you.
- You value flexibility and want parttime work that fits your lifestyle whether youre winding down from a career or seeking a better worklife balance.
- Youre comfortable navigating HR and Finance tasks and are particularly adept at helping new hires feel welcomed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and administrative processes are a must.
