What You Will Do:
- Work in partnership with the Healthcare Coordinator to provide superior health care services and red carpet hospitality
- Complete assessments and write service plans for current and prospective residents
- Responsible for Electronic Health Recordreview and compliance
- Communicate with primary care provider resident and POAs
- Document residents health concerns/updates in Nurses Notes
- Assist with delegation and document tasks according to the healthcare manual and the Nurse Practice Act.
- Be responsible for overseeing all medication reminders and administration
Why You Are Qualified:
- RN Registered Nurse in good standing
- CPR certification

Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance.
