Job Description
Job Title: Senior Childcare Practitioner
Where you will be based: StokeOnTrent
The Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties
The Company:

What does Progression look like: Opportunities for career advancement within the company including roles such as Deputy Manager and Registered Manager and Regional Managers
Working Week and Pay:
- Hours: Condensed shifts of two days on four days off. Working a 48 or 36 hours contract.
- Sleeps: Included in the condensed shift pattern
- Salary: Base 24336 OR 32448 Approx 6 to 8 Sleeps per Month paid at 52 per sleep. Total takehome upto 37440pa

What you will need/NoneNegotiables:
- Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma with social care pathway. (Level 3 Diploma in Adult social care may be considered if work experience with children can be demonstrated)
- Experience: Ideally experience in the Residential Childrens Services sector or similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.
- Driving Licence: Required
- Fluent in English: Speaking and also the ability to understand different UK dialects.
- Min Age: 22/23
