Operations Specialist(German and English speaker)
Certified Collectibles Group International GmbH is the German affiliate of USbased Certified Collectibles Group LLC.
Due to the positive business development and steadily increasing demand we are looking to strengthen our team in Munich and are seeking a fulltime Operations Specialist for immediate hire.
The main tasks include:
Conscientious and accurate receipt verification and processing of collectibles
Enter customer order information and details in the companys computerized system
Acceptance and shipment of national and international shipments incl. preparation of packages and customs documents
Coordinate return shipments to the customers
Assistance in other daily business tasks if needed such as: General customer service and research on collectibles (coins and banknotes)
Supporting the team at events and trade fairs
You should have the following knowledge/experience:
German and English fluently in spoken and written
Independent and detailed work good organization
High attention to detail and care when handling collectibles
Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
Knowledge in collectibles (coins banknotes comic books or trading cards) is preferred but not required
Experience in international shipping and customer service preferred
Communication skills
Teamwork flexibility and willingness to learn
Impeccable reputation (certificate of good conduct required)
