Job Description
Hire Resolves client in the Telecommunications industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Creditors Clerk in Umhlanga KZN.
Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices by accurately capturing and processing incoming supplier invoices.
- Conduct thorough monthly reconciliations of creditor accounts.
- Support the finance team during monthend closing procedures.
- Undertake various financerelated tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience using Pastel accounting software (preferably Pastel Evolution but other versions will be considered).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
