Job Description

Hire Resolves client in the Telecommunications industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Creditors Clerk in Umhlanga KZN.

Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices by accurately capturing and processing incoming supplier invoices.
  • Conduct thorough monthly reconciliations of creditor accounts.
  • Support the finance team during monthend closing procedures.
  • Undertake various financerelated tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using Pastel accounting software (preferably Pastel Evolution but other versions will be considered).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
