Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Marketing Director role is to lead and oversee the Channels marketing efforts. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys objectives managing marketing campaigns and projects across various channels ensuring brand consistency fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders optimizing marketing technology platforms conducting market research and analysis planning and executing events and direct oversight of the marketing managers and coordinators.
This Marketing Director will stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to drive business growth and success. This role plays a critical role in driving the companys marketing initiatives to achieve business goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the Channels objectives ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Directs the creation and management of various marketing campaigns initiatives and projects across multiple channels overseeing their execution from conception to completion.
- Manages daytoday operations and oversight of direct reports.
- Collaborates closely with channel leaders sales teams internal departments and external partners to develop targeted marketing strategies that effectively support each channels lead generation customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Plans and executes events conferences and webinars to enhance brand visibility foster company culture and drive business growth.
- Leads market research and analysis activities to identify industry trends consumer preferences and competitive insights informing strategic decisionmaking and campaign optimization.
- Provides leadership and mentorship to the marketing team fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture that encourages creativity innovation and professional development.
- Analyzes campaign efforts for effectiveness develop new strategies and present monthly reporting to guide business decisions.
- Stays informed about emerging technologies industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting the mortgage industry proactively integrating relevant insights into marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Manages other key marketing initiatives critical to the Companys success. Perform additional duties as assigned contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the marketing department.
Position Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree in marketing communication design or businessrelated field or 8 years relevant business experience required.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years marketing experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience in the mortgage industry preferred
