Description
This is a temporary position.

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Talent Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for conducting intake sessions with leaders across the organization entering collected data into our centralized system and partnering with various teams to analyze trends and insights from the data. Your efforts will help shape our talent strategy and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct intake sessions with leaders to gather key qualitative information on talent needs to inform future talent planning.

Accurately enter and maintain data in the centralized talent management system.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and planning

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skilled in conducting interviews for data collection ensuring conversations stay on track and accurately capture qualitative insights.

Proficiency in data management systems.

Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.

The pay range for this position is $30.86 to $48.65 per hour.

Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
