Now Hiring: Service Manager Smithers Toyota

At Smithers Toyota were in search of a Service Manager who understands that running a toptier service department is about more than just keeping the shop busy its about refining processes improving team flow and finding efficiencies that benefit both the business and the customer.

What Were Looking For:

  • A leader with handson PBS DMS experience you know your way around reports forms and KPIs.

  • Someone who can analyze service data to improve technician utilization CSI and overall customer convenience and operational flow.

  • Excited by the challenge of digging into reports and finding opportunities to make things better smoother processes smarter scheduling and more efficient systems.

  • A processdriven mindset that sees structure as a strength not a burden.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and create a culture of accountability ownership and improvement.

The Role:

As Service Manager youll oversee daytoday shop operations work closely with advisors technicians and fixed ops leadership and be responsible for hitting key metrics around productivity booked hours and guest satisfaction. Your mission: turn good into great and have a clear plan to get there.

Youll also:

  • Use PBS reporting tools to track measure and improve team performance.

  • Train and support advisors on our Road to a Sale service process.

  • Collaborate with Parts and Detail leaders to ensure shop flow and fill rates align with goals.

  • Be the central figure in driving Kaizenbased improvements across the department.
