Principal Technical Program Manager Security Ops

Things Youll Do
- Build and lead our overall security program ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and risk management strategies.

What Were Looking For On Your Resume
- Experience: 10 years in technical program/project management or similar fields.
- 5 years experience in at least two of the following areas: threat intelligence security engineering data mining information security security operations/incident response cybercrime investigations or intelligence fraud prevention cyber threat hunting
- LargeScale Project Management:Proven track record in managing and delivering large software development projects.
- CrossFunctional Leadership:Experience collaborating across various functions with multiple dependencies and constraints.
- Effective Communication:Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical partners including executive staff.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. FedRAMP PCI NIST etc)
- Proven track record of successfully leading largescale complex security programs
- Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Relevant security certifications (e.g. CFE CISSP CISM CRISC) are highly desirable
