We have an amazing opportunity for an Account Manager with the Service Division Commercial Roofing
This key position will act as an Account Manager for new and existing clients (related to Roofing Repairs and Maintenance with Commercial Buildings). This position is responsible for being an integral component of the Service Division through networking and building relationships with Building Owners Property Managers (and Property Management Companies) and Business owners through networking events including Tradeshows BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and IFMA (International Facility Management Association) meetings cold calling and following up on warm leads. The Service Account Manager is a vital connection between our company and potential/existing clients and will be the main point of contact.

Heres what your days will look like as a Service Account Manager:
Building strong and longlasting relationships:
Help grow and build our Roofing Service business
Work with National team to build local presence and assist in local relationships with national clients
Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
Regular followup on quotes
Attend association industry and networking events
Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
Work with Local and National team to promote Flynns brand and services through marketing and social media channels
Technical skills and responsibilities:
Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
Complete work orders takeoffs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
Ability to conduct presentations virtually and in person
Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
Other duties as assigned
