WE are looking for right individual to help us grow our service department.

Description of the role:

The Experienced Appointment Coordinator at Mark Toyota of Plover will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the appointment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and scheduling appointments for our guests
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
  • Offering best in class customer service to every customer by phone email and text
  • Learning basic operation codes for common services
  • Determining the proper service needed and consulting the customer for that service
  • Advise on required maintenance recommendations
  • Learning the scheduling system for the Service Department and understanding scheduling needs
  • After Service Follow Up call to ensure that their service experience went as expected
  • Declined Service follow upcalls to generate sales to ensure returned service work
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in appointment scheduling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills a must
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person by email and phone
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must possess basic computer skills in order to use a variety of electronic systems to access customerrelated data satisfy training requirements and use jobspecific applications and customer retention management tools
  • Professional appearance
  • High level of energy and desire to learn and grow in a team orientated atmosphere
  • Willing to train the right candidate!

Hours:

Hours may vary but majority of hours will be from 10am6pm to ensure full coverage until end of business day.
