Job Description
Finance & Billing Manager Isuzu Location West Allis WI
Badger Truck & Auto Group has a rare and exciting opportunity at our Isuzu location in West Allis WI! We are currently seeking a Finance & Billing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong automotive F&I experience a deep understanding of aftermarket products and a thorough knowledge of state compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in securing financing for their vehicle purchases through partnerships with various lending institutions.
- Present and explain aftermarket options including warranties and protection plans.
- Ensure all vehicle sales are processed in accordance with state laws including registration licensing tax and title documentation.
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance & insurance (F&I).
- Proven ability to structure profitable deals.
- Strong background in leasing and special finance programs.
- Indepth knowledge of DMV/state requirements for vehicle documentation.
- High ethical standards with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication customer service and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficiency with computers and dealership software systems.
- Professional appearance and solid work ethic.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Valid drivers license required.

Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
