Location: Wallasey Merseyside
Qualifications Required: QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent QCF Level 5 (or willingness to undertake)
Experience in Years: Minimum 18 months in a residential childrens home 12 months in a leadership role

Current Requirements:
We are looking for two Deputy Managers for our childrens homes in Wallasey. One role will be based in a solo childrens home and the other in a twobed home for females at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).
Who we are looking for
We are seeking two committed and experienced Deputy Managers to support and lead teams in Liskeard. The first role is within a Solo Childrens Home while the second is for a twobed home focused on female children at risk of CSE. You will lead the care and management of children aged 712 applying traumainformed care approaches with an 80% focus on proactive care and 20% managerial responsibilities. Experience in trauma and attachmentbased care is essential.
