Whats the role
As a Product Manager in our Cash & Transactional Banking (CTB) Line of Business youll lead the charge in delivering product strategies and outcomes under Westpacs Unite program. This role involves executing a range of initiatives to meet our strategic priorities including risk and regulatory programs product feature enhancements and more. Youll be based in our Sydney office working fulltime with a passionate team. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working with 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.
What do I need
- Project Delivery Skills: Navigate complex product sets technology and channels with ease.
- Risk Management KnowHow: Deliver on risk programs and keep risks within appetite.
- Product Familiarity: Experience with transaction savings and payment products.
- Investment Insight: Understand performance metrics and manage investment submissions.
- Strategic Mindset: Plan deliver and solve problems with a structured approach.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle market regulatory and business changes.
- Leadership: Guide projects and support fellow product managers.
- Influence and Collaboration: Turn a no into a yes and work seamlessly with experts across the bank.
