Job Summary:
The Director of Learning and Development leads the strategy design and execution of companywide training initiatives to foster employee growth and support organizational objectives. This role is responsible for developing impactful learning programs that enhance skills boost engagement and drive performance. The Director will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that training programs align with P.B Bells core values and industry best practices.
