Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable
- Warranty cancellation
- Contacting vendors for payment
- Submitting warranty contracts
- Cross training for other positions
- Daily Deposit
- Other duties to be assigned
Requirements:
- Previous Office Automobile Dealership experience is a plus but we will train
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer experience is required and Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred
- Reynolds software experience preferred
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Must pass drug screen and background check
