Job Description

Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter Singapore

 

 

THE MISSION

You are the heartbeat of our cash flow: You manage daily cash entries verify cash registers monitor collections and maintain the hotels general cash register.

You master the books: You reconcile payments customer accounts and bank statements. You make sure everything matches up every time.

You keep things clean and clear: You maintain accurate receivables records ensure timely aging updates apply credits and account for any uncollectibles.

You champion internal controls: You know the rules and best practices and make sure were always on the right side of them.

You stay on top of tax: You handle GST tourist tax and all other statutory returns like a pro.

You support inventory & cost accounting: You partner with department heads and the Cost Controller to track F&B costs and keep storerooms organised.

You catch the little things before they become big things: You identify discrepancies recommend follow-ups and support continuous process improvement.

You get those reports done: You contribute to accurate timely month-end and year-end closings and support reporting and analysis as needed.

  • You are the financial Sherlock! You know how to analyse and control income audits like a pro to ensure our reports are accurate and ready for the spotlight.
  • You excel at reviewing reporting and approving income security issues regularly and ensuring our data files are backed up securely while following policy like our financial superheroes.
  • Spot any income discrepancies Youre on it! Work with Department Heads to fix errors and prevent future mishaps keeping our operations smooth and error-free .
  • Are you the Credit Card Maestro Masterfully reconcile credit card transactions ensuring everythings in harmony with our financial records .
  • Balance cash transactions with finesse making sure our accounts are as crisp as a freshly minted bill .
  • Send out AR invoices daily like clockwork keeping our financial flow as smooth as butter.
