What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the concrete plant to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Manage and coordinate plant staff including training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and meet customer demands.

- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of concrete production processes and equipment.

Work Environment
